After more than a decade of experience in real estate and over 1,000

transaction. They are certified in 1031 Tax Exchanges and have extensive
land and commercial real estate experience, making them qualified to
handle even the most difficult transaction. Together with Allison
Gillick, one of the Top Buyers agents in the Las Vegas area. they take pride in providing a level of

the Gang!
After graduating with a Bachelor of Music degree from University of
Kentucky, Chuck came to Las
Vegas in 1975, having been president of an advertising production
company in Kentucky. For years, he played trumpet in the major Las Vegas
hotel orchestras and also taught at UNLV.
Jan came to Las Vegas from California, having been involved in national
product advertising for famous movie characters such as ET, Roger Rabbit and
Batman. She is an accomplished oil painter. Chuck & Jan met while
working at a local real state office and hit it off both personally and
in business ethic. They were married in 1994.
Jan and Chuck are avid travelers. Each year they take two or three
vacations abroad to places like Mexico, Tahiti and Fiji while Allison
and the rest of the Gang hold down the fort. When they’re
not traveling, they enjoy caring for their two Australian heeler dogs,
parrot, cat and three fish.
